None at all. Our programs are designed for complete beginners through advanced athletes. Each immersion is personalized with one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals and abilities.
Your week includes accommodations, three gourmet farm-to-table meals daily, all coaching and classes (surf, SUP, yoga, breathwork), thermal recovery circuit access, and airport transfers. Spa treatments and excursions are available at additional cost.
All retreats run Saturday-to-Saturday. Check-in begins at 2 PM on your arrival Saturday, and check-out is by 11 AM the following Saturday.
Absolutely. Many of our guests arrive solo and leave with lifelong friends. Our small-group format (never more than 14 guests) creates an intimate, welcoming atmosphere.
We offer flexible cancellation up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days receive a credit for a future retreat within 12 months.
Fly into San Jose (SJO) or Liberia (LIR). We arrange private airport transfers for all guests, included in your package. The resort is approximately 90 minutes from SJO.
